The Hospitality Workers LGBTQ+ Relief Fund provides aid for those in our community in need of emergency assistance, educational support and related resources. This fund was created to provide real-time financial support and resources for LGBTQ+ bar, restaurant and hotel workers in times of unprecedented need.
Disaster Relief for Hospitality Workers
Natural disasters devastate communities, and rebuilding can be especially tough on hospitality workers. From floods and fires closing restaurants and cutting off worker income streams to disasters wreaking havoc on hospitality professional homes and businesses, bar and restaurant workers face an uphill battle in the aftermath of a disaster, and Another Round is here to help. Our Disaster Relief Fund enables us to provide real-time financial support to hospitality workers impacted by Maui's wildfires and other major disasters throughout the country.
Bevolution Brave Voices Fund
Inspired by the brave voices who have shared their stories of gender discrimination, sexual harassment, assault, and racism in the alcohol industry. By donating you are helping to provide financial support and resources to alcohol industry professionals so they can leave toxic environments and move forward.
Black Mental Health Matters!
July marks minority mental health month, and in honor of that, Radical XChange is seeking to raise funds for Black hospitality workers. The service industry has been hit particularly hard by COVID, and the social unrest has put even further strain on Black hospitality professionals already struggling for access within and outside of our industry.

The Chris Patino Hero Fund is collecting funds for members of the bar community who are fighting their own cancer battles.
Professional Development Funds for Women and Femmes
This Professional Development Fund benefits women & femmes in the hospitality industry. We aim to help close the gender pay gap, with a reimbursement for programs & courses to give woman a leg up into leadership positions.
