Welcome to Another Round Another Rally. Our Privacy Policy describes how ARAR collects, uses, and discloses personal information about your use of our Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information according to this Privacy Policy. Certain terms used in this Policy are capitalized. Those terms will have the meaning outlined in Section 12.

           1. Information we collect.

                  a. Information we collect from you automatically.

When you use the Service, we will automatically collect certain Usage Data. Usage Data may include information such as your Device’s IP address, hardware and software information, device information, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, other diagnostic data, and information your browser sends whenever you visit our Service.

Meta Pixel is a piece of code on our Service that helps us better understand the actions that people take on our Service. Meta pixel also identifies Facebook and Instagram users and sees how they interacted with the content on our Service (e.g., page views).

                  f. Information you provide us directly.

We may ask for certain personally identifiable information when you request for us to contact you or when you request information about our annual partnership program. Personally identifiable information may include but is not limited to email address, first and last name, and phone number.

           2. How we use the information we collect.

We use the information we collect about you for the purposes outlined below:

                  a. To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring its usage.
                  b. To help us improve the Service and our users’ experience by monitoring aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors and traffic.

We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. We will also maintain Usage Data and Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (e.g., if applicable laws require us to keep your data for some time), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Your information, including Personal Data, will be processed in the United States and any other places where the parties involved are located. Part of the Service may link to third-party services. ARAR does not own or control these third parties.            9. Children’s Privacy.

The Service and our content are not directed at anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect our current practice and to ensure compliance with applicable laws. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

                     ARAR, we, us means Another Round Another Rally.

                     Service refers to the Website.
