Giving Tuesday
Thank you again for your continued support! This year alone, we’ve given out over 1 million dollars in COVID relief grants, given groceries to over 6000 families in our hospitality community and we’re working tirelessly to do more! If you haven’t already, please consider becoming a monthly donor or gifting a monthly donation this holiday season on behalf of someone else. We are doing everything we can to give this our hospitality family as much relief as we can. Thank you being part of this amazing work!
ARAR Tip Jar
At Another Round Another Rally a main piece of our mission is to raise Emergency Funds for our hospitality industry family. With your help we can be a foundation for our community to stand on during these tough times. Please consider that every dollar you donate will be added to our Hospitality Tip Jar fund. We would love to have as big a donation as you could spare, but every donation will make a substantial impact on the community. We are planning on making grants of $500 per request to hopefully reach as many people as possible.
ARAR Main Fund
Help Another Round Another Rally further its mission to support the Hospitality industry. Our education scholarships and tuition reimbursement grants will help develop the next generation of inclusive leadership. Our emergency assistance will give industry members a resource to lean on when they need a helping hand. Whether it is an accident, illness, family emergency, etc. in an industry with very few safety nets, Another Round Another Rally is here to help be the support someone needs in their time of need.
More Ways To Help
For The Culture: A Small Business Grant for Black Hospitality Businesses
Black-Owned Hospitality businesses are too few and far between in an industry that Black labor is responsible for founding and continuing to build. While this grant will not solve the systemic issues of our society industry, the aim is to assist business owners in paying for services that can help their business be more sustainable.
Black Mental Health Matters!
July marks minority mental health month, and in honor of that, Radical XChange is seeking to raise funds for Black hospitality workers. The service industry has been hit particularly hard by COVID, and the social unrest has put even further strain on Black hospitality professionals already struggling for access within and outside of our industry.
